Second Sunday Supper Series Number 3 will be held on July 14, 2013 at the Stockbridge Golf Club at 6:00 PM. Our Hosts: Tom & Paula Doyle.
We will eat our supper on the screened-in porch at the Clubhouse. (If it’s cold and rainy we will move inside where we will still have lots of fun.)
Meal arrangements will be similar to those at the Barrington Brewery where we had our Number 2 supper earlier this month. We will have a prix fixe menu featuring several entrees. Included will be salad, bread, soft drink, coffee and a small dessert. $27.50 including tax and tip. Alcoholic drinks extra.
We will gather at 6:00 pm at the Clubhouse bar just inside from the porch. At about 6:30, we will move out to the tables on the screened-in porch. We will break up into small groups as we did last month. There will be no assigned seating so you might actually wind up having your supper with someone you really don’t know!
The Stockbridge Golf Club Clubhouse is located directly behind the First Congregational Church of Stockbridge whose address is 4 Main Street. Park at the rear of the church parking lot and walk down a road a short distance to the small Clubhouse parking lot (for handicapped only). From the parking lot, walk a few steps and enter the Clubhouse through the screened-in porch.
Bring a check for the correct amount ($27.50 for one, $55.00 for two etc. ) payable to “Tom Doyle”. Tom & Paula are members of the Club.
For those who might find it to difficult or impossible to walk down the road from the church parking lot, you may drive down that road and park in the lower lot described above. However, we will need advance notice because the lower lot can only accommodate a few cars.
